- Suspected/confirmed lymphoma
- CLL with cytopenias (Hb <100g/L, platelets <100, constitutional symptoms)
- Suspected symptomatic myeloma (Hb <100, hypercalcemia, renal impairment, lytic bone lesions)
- Severe cytopenias (Hb <80g/L, neutrophils <0.5, platelets <50)

- Blood results
- Imaging reports (CT, PET, MRI)
- Pathology/biopsy reports where available
