Dr Noor is a dual-trained Clinical and Laboratory Haematologist. He received his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania where he was awarded the School of Medicine Clinical Distinction Award and the Dean’s Roll of Excellence for outstanding performance in medical research.
Dr Noor completed his early physician training in Western Health, Melbourne followed by Clinical and Laboratory Haematology Training in Tasmania across Launceston General Hospital and Royal Hobart Hospital. Upon completion, he pursued a post-graduate fellowship with Haematology Clinical Trials Unit at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital with part-funding from Blood Cancer Research Western Australia (BCRWA) where he is an active investigator in more than 20 clinical trials across targeted and cellular therapies.
He has published in various leading peer-reviewed journals. He is an active member of the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group (ALLG), Australasian Lymphoma Alliance (ALA) and WA Lymphoma Interest Group (WALIG). He is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalised care to his patients with a strong focus on evidence-base practice.
He specialises in the treatment of lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, with scope of practice across malignant and non-malignant haematology.
