Urgent referrals:

We aim to prioritise:

  • Suspected/confirmed lymphoma
  • CLL with cytopenias (Hb <100g/L, platelets <100, constitutional symptoms)
  • Suspected symptomatic myeloma (Hb <100, hypercalcemia, renal impairment, lytic bone lesions)
  • Severe cytopenias (Hb <80g/L, neutrophils <0.5, platelets <50)

Routine referrals:

Please include:

  • Relevant clinical history
  • Blood results
  • Imaging reports (CT, PET, MRI)
  • Pathology/biopsy reports where available
